kids....kids....everywhere....

Well apparently our momma goats decided the winter would be the best time to have their kids....and we're keeping them in our garage so the moms can be milked. My dad has been making wonderful cheese with all the milk we're getting; it's so yummy :)

Here is a pic of some of the kids. We had one born recently but (s)he wouldn't cooperate for a picture.

Here is yesterdays pic....my phone was acting up and wouldn't let me send the pic to my email.

Yes, you can now rent your friend. They run anywhere from $10-$150 a HOUR.....because goodness knows it's too much work to go out and make real friends....So what are the reasons they're giving for needing to rent a friend? Well let's say you move to a city and don't know anyone but you want to go out to lunch; here's an idea....pay someone to go to lunch with you! Or you want to go see a new movie but nobody is free to go with you; pay someone to go with you! What is this world coming to....kind of creepy if you ask me....Well that's all for today!

Until next time...

Another wonderful day....

We still have a ton of snow....and I don't see it going away anytime soon. In fact there is so much that tomorrow is going to be yet another snow day for most schools around this area!

Today the kids went out to make snowmen, but I think we deemed that mission unsuccessful. They all got too cold and then got bored and started throwing snowballs at each other.

After dinner we made cupcakes....not sure why they're so patriotic; it was the only colored frosting we had in the pantry, lol! Josh made the frosting and Judson helped me decorate.

Hope you all enjoyed your day doing whatever you do!

Until next time....

Snow Day!

Ok so today is going to make up for Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and today's pictures....

Here is KC we have so far gotten 6 inches of snow; with more to come. I am not a fan of snow but I have to admit it is beautiful and it's great for getting people out of school. The kids had a great time tubing down the hill in the back of our house.

Our house.

This is where our pool is; you just can't see it :)

Me and Gideon out in the snow

"Its so fluffy I'm gonna die!"

A new movie called Despicable Me came out on DVD recently....and working at Blockbuster has its perks; as I was able to bring it home before it was released to the public :D The kids thoroughly enjoyed it. Well we have these little cardboard minions at work; so I decided to bring one home. I had no clue what I was going to do with it, but it was cute, haha!  I came home that day and Gideon had just recently fallen and hurt his poor little head; so I gave it to him with the instructions of not letting it get hurt. He was so proud of his little minion :)

Here is a picture of Gideon, Mercy Grace, and Isaiah (I tried to get a better picture with Isaiah smiling better but he kept doing that funky smile lol!) with the little guy.

Boggle

Tried to post this last night; but blogger was being a pain.

So my family has recently (re)discovered the game Boggle at a NYE party they went to. My dad loved it so much that he immediately came home and ordered it off Amazon. It arrived yesterday and there have been many games since then. I'm not very good at it; the kids always kick my butt at it....but it's still a lot of fun!
